I think mini skirts are slutty to begin with. If you want to look modest wear a shirt that doesn't show cleavage, a skirt that goes roughly to your knees (and then sit with your legs crossed), leggings, and high heels. You can still look fashionable without showing off your body and advertising yourself as slutty. Do you want people to think that way of you? If no one likes you for not dressing slutty then you will realize how shallow some people really are and eventually you'll meet the people who actually like people for being nice and tasteful.

Since you're skinny you don't come off so much as slutty, unless you are especially lucky in the chest area (;D). You probably look more like a model than a whore. As long as you are not combining your stilletoes and miniskirt with, say, fishnet tights, or an especially revealing shirt, and you are dressing appropriately in the workplace, go for it. I admire you for wearing high stilletoes at 5'11"! It's nice to see other tall women unafraid to embrace their height. Although I must ask, what shoe size are you? Because us tall girls generally have big feet, and I can never find cute shoes with high heels that actually fit me.

yes if u wear leggins yo skirt should at least come down 2 your knee or 2 or 3 inches above and a tank top, high heels how high is the high heel and if u got breast with a tank top im talkin bout granma tities u need 2 go through yo closet

Well, if you don't care what others think, then wear it. Yeah, it might come off as being a slutty outfit, but if you don't act like a slut, then, well, isn't that what truly matters?
If I were you, I'd lose the heels, especially if they have a long heel.
basically, i think the heels are what makes the outfit seem slutty.
if you wear flats or even sneakers, then i don't really see it coming off as slutty.

It depends,I love the woman I love to wear sexy things such as that every once and awhile,but of course only when we are together.
If a woman weares such sexy outfits like you explained,and goes places alone and also places she should not be in the first place,it can be dangerious.Remember there are a lot of sickos out there,and an outfit like that can get you in serious trouble.
If you are wearing this to get mens attention,the mens attention you will get ,you wont want them anyway.
Like I said I love my woman to get sexy like that for me even when we go in publick places,but only when we are together.
But if she would have been wearing something like that when she was out alone and we met,I would not have even thought about asking a woman like that out.

How old are you? You write like a 12 yr old. If you're going to a Halloween party dressed like a street walker it will be fine. To wear in public, nah! Spend your money on a dictionary or go to dictionary.com.

yeah, and look silly too. a mini with a long sleeved shirt is sexy, so is a tank with jeans and heels.
put them all together, and no decent guy would go for you.
you're probably a super sexy girl, keep it that way by showing a little not a lot!

lose the high heels and then u arent. dont weaar ton of make up too. i recommend flats. theyre cute and not slutty
