of all the vitamin B that i know, only B2 is yellow, i mean very yellow in colour[almost as close to orange], the others are mostly white n B12 are pink[depend on concentration], so if you consume something contain colouring of course your urine would reflects on this, otherwise it could be serious problem because your body might turn into rainbow if nature[body function] didn't take it course !

lack of fluid intake or heaty body may cause your urine to be yellowish as well, so drink lot of water n eat healthy too ! not to forget regular exercise though! Happy living !

All of the B vitamins are water soluble (which is a good thing, means you can't "overdose" on them easily because excess gets removed by the kidneys then you pee it out). And one (or a few maybe) of the B vitamins have a yellow color to them (you probably notice your B-complex vitamin is pretty yellow-colored). So, if your urine is a little yellower than normal when you take your B-complex, it means that you're getting a little excess of some B vitamins. I don't think it's good, exactly, but it's not bad either, because you do excrete the excess, and at least you know that you're getting enough.
