no im sure it isnt beacuse my uncle works at best buy and God of War II isnt coming out for ps3 but God of War Death shall return is its really cool!!

According to PSM, God of War II is going to be one of the so called last good game for the PS2, I am sure though that sometime down the road there will be a III for the PS3, but at the last press release it is for the PS2, (however, you can play it on the PS3)

Technically no. There is only one version and its for PS2, But you can stilll play it on a PS3.
