There are 30 teams in the NBA. Every team plays 82 games and the top eight teams in each division will make the playoffs. They will compete against each other and the final four of each conference will play the semifinals, then the final two teams in each conference will play each other and the conference winning teams will play each other in the NBA Finals and the winners is the NBA Champions.

NBA teams are groups consisting of 15 players (12 in the playoffs) who meet other teams 82 times a season to play basketball. your retarded. Basketball is a sport played with an orange ball made of polysynthetic materials (rather than leather now) where the player must get the ball through a hoop (or basket, hence the name BASKETball) mounted on a backboard.

15 players on a team with multi million dollar contracts, there are new jersey. philadelphia, boston, toronto, the knicks in the atlantic, detroit, cleaveland, indiana, chicago, milwaukee in the central, miami, washington dc, orlando, charlotte, atlanta in the southeast, denver, utah, seattle, minnesota, portland in the northwest, phoenix, la lakers, la clippers, sacramento, golden state in the pacific, san antonio, dallas, memphis, nawlins, the h town. they are somewhat like club teams in europe as in the can sign with any team.
