I probably would wear business casual. I'm just not sure how women dress with the heat. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Business casual is good. Be sure to layer. It's always good to have a light jacket that you can easily take off. I live in west Texas where it's hot a lot and we dress more for the weather than for the season.

WEll if you work at a very nice place then u need to wear something totally great. White and Black are in this year so go for that. A glittery shirt that has some color on it (to mke the outfit pop out) and some basic white capris. Try looking at macy's and target even Walmart! Get some comfortable shoes and add some accesories for a finishing touch! YOu'll be fine if u wear something like this and u certainly wont get to hot!

If you're such a "professional", why are you asking this question? A real business woman(or man, for that matter) would already know that the weather doesn't delegate what attire one wears.

I live in Tucson, it's not THAT hot. I wear slacks and button up shirts with nice shoes.
