jeter's only interested in one thing, winning. his need to win is almost Jordanesque in its intensity. if he won it, which he deserves, he'd think, great, but i'd rather win it all.
he's on pace to get to 3000 hits when all is said and done. that, combined with his skill with his bat and his glove and his ability to raise his level of play in october, will get him in on a first ballot. IF he stays healthy.

He's a first ballot Hall of Famer. How about A Rod for MVP? No he couldn't play for one of those teams he'd mess up the chemistry.

No and maybe, at best. No he WILL NOT win the MVP. He might get lucky and be a first ballot Hall of Famer if people can overlook his gay affair with Gay-Rod.

I'LL SAY THE SAME THING I SAYED IN ANOTHER YANKEE QUESTION OF YOUR'S: YOU'RE AN IDIOT!!!!! I'VE ANSWERED ALL OF YOUR YANKEE QUESTIONS AND LISTEN TO THIS: $200 MILLION BUYS YOU ONE WIN IN THE DIVISION SERIES AGAINST A TEAM WHO SPENDS $60. JETER IS NICE AND I MET HIM, AND I LIKE HIM A LOT, BUT ORTIZ SHOULD BE MVP. HE HIT 14 HOMERS!!!!! ORTIZ HIT 54!!!!!! AND HE BROKE JIMMIE FOXX'S RECORD OF 50 SINGLE SEASON HOMERS ON THE RED SOX!!!!!!!! ORTIZ HITS A HOMER EVERY TIME HE COMES UP TO BAT IN THE SEVENTH ON, OR WITH THE BASES LOADED!!!!!! ORTIZ HAD 137 RBIS. JETER HAD 97!!!!!!!!!
ANYONE WHO THINKS JETER IS INSANE!!!!!!!!!! THEY JUST DON'T LIKE THE RED SOX. JUST CUZ WE DIDN'T GO TO THE PLAYOFFS THIS SEASON, DOESN'T MEAN JETER'S MVP!!!!!!! TAKE JETER OUT OF THE YANKEES LINEUP AND PUT HIM IN THE RED SOX, AND TELL ME IF HE'S THE MVP. HE'S SURROUNDED BY GUYS WHO GET PAYED $10-$20 MILLION DOLLARS!!!!!! A-ROD WON THE MVP IN '03 WHEN THE RANGERS WERE IN LAST PLACE!!!! SO JUST CUZ THE SOX FINISHED IN THIRD DOESN'T MEAN ORTIZ CAN'T BE MVP!!!!!!!!
YOU AND I BOTH KNOW WHO THE MVP SHOULD BE. WHO WOULD YOU RATHER HAVE, ORTIZ OR JETER? BIG DEAL, JETER FIELDS, ORTIZ DOESN'T!!!!!!! ORTIZ SHOULD WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
PAPI FOR PRESIDENT!!!!!!!!!
MVP FOR PAPI!!!!!!!
WHO'S YOU'RE PAPI!!!!!!!

He would have to be retired for 5 years to be eligible. It would be a great idea for him to retire now and start the clock. I am sure all of the Boston, Baltimore, Toronto, and Tampa sports writers would gratefully give him their vote in return.

nope, he doesnt deserve it sry, his team lost so hes out
and dont say im bitter only cuz or our loss last night, im not asking if any of our players could play, theyre out too, theyll just have to try again next year
ps dont go trying to put them down, they basically deserve to be where they are, altho i think the mets deserve it more -- and maybe u just think theyre starless b/c there isnt just one player that sticks out, maybe thyere just all stars, and all u yankees have is one
