You are tall for 13. But 102 lbs. while you sound thin, does not sound dangerously thin. You are on a healthy path to avoid junk food and fats...I wish I had your willpower, and I'm a nurse. :o).
Continue to eat healthy, including foods from all food groups, and get exercise, drink plenty of fluids and you should do great.

Welcome to your growth spurt. You're 13, so it's normal to be a little underweight -- you will fill out soon. A lot of people mistake taller for older, and that's not the case. Take is as a compliment as long as they don't give you "unwanted" attention because they think you're older than you are. But don't pretend to be older than you are -- enjoy your youth while you have it.
Right now, the important thing is you take advantage of your development. Do your best not to develop bad eating habits. you said you eat compusively now. That's not good. You will need more calories than an adult beucase your body needs fuel to grow. but you MUST make sure to eat the right food. Your metabolism isn't going to rage on forever, and by the time it slows down, way too many folks are entrenched in their Big Macs and Coca cola addictions. That's a leading reason for the obesity problem we see today. Get nutrition tips from your doctor or a dietitian. If you have to snack (and yes you do!), fruits and vegetables are your best bet. You don't have to give up chocolate and ice cream just yet, but eat sensibly and moderately.

16 is a complement. As for the other Q's.
Bulimia is binge and purge eating.... you eat then force yourself to throw up.
Your weight and body size are well proportioned for your age. What you eat now though may cause you to gain weight if you are still eating the same amount later on in life. You may also never have weight problems either.
If you are OK with your weight (and most girls would kill to be) ignore rude comments and enjoy YOUR life. Don't be surprised if you fill out some as you get a little older, you are actually underweight for your height. No need to worry though as long as you are healthy.

wow you're tall for your age. But you do need to weigh more than 102lbs. That's not too healthy... I think you should at least weight 125-130lbs... becuz of u're age.... and instead of eating why don't you try to find other activities to do? You should get help, but if you're a compulsive eater now, imagine when you get older..... Good Luck! ;)

I'd say your a bit thin for your size. You should weigh about 120-125lbs in my opinion. It's not an insult to look a bit older.

Yes that is bad, that is terrible!
I'm only 5'3 and I would be underweight at 102.
With so much support, it's not wonder the world is struggling with and yet at the same time glamorizing anorexia/bulimia.
Kate Bosworth is shorter than you and 3 pounds heavier than you and she looks terrible: http://ifitandhealthy.com/kate-bosworth-skinny-or-anorexic/

No, but treat yourself once and a while. Some fat never hurt anyone, it actual keeps away depresion. They are not insulting you, its tough to tell a person's age when they are in their teens.

You're young and have a fast metabolism. You'll fill out and gain weight as you get older.
