Well, not exactly, but I use many different tactics to annoy people pretty bad... I've always been like that. Here's something to try: When you wash your hands(you DO wash your hands, right?), don't dry them. Rather, go up behind an innocent bystander and flick the water onto the back of their neck, while making a sneezing sound. That is so fun....

I find just smiling annoys most people because they hate seeing other people happy for no good reason and they wonder what you've been up to
