Rode that pony! Got my 8! got the Buckle.
Best I can recommend, Look in the phone-book under realtors. Call around until you connect with a COMMERCIAL realtor, and don't settle for anyone who isn't in that specialty. It can take them forever when they are really GOOD. Commercial realty is an altogether different world.
