I think it really depends on the job description and the company. Some places would rather you don't have any experience because then they can train you their way. They don't mind investing money and time if they feel you will be an asset to their company.
Typically, if you are just out of college you don't have any experience. You have to start somewhere.
If you sell yourself and make them think they cannot operate without you, your experience won't matter. Be prepared at the interview. Know what they want, know the job and have some ideas/thoughts to throw in.........When they ask you if you have questions, have some ready for them. BUT not questions about the wage, benefits or things like that. That will be covered if they offer you the job........

Of course not! I employ people that is enthusiastic to learn and to achieve. Many persons with years of experience are mediocre workers no matter their CV.
You must be sure that you are looking for the right job, for sure you will not get a managerial position.
Remember that to start from the beginning is the best for your future.

Absolutley not! If you don't have experience, but need a "job," you could go apply for McDonald's. But let me speak to you more seriously, if you want to create an income that will blow your mind, you can do so without having exerience (training is provided). Yes, especially if you're up against candidates that do have experience. Unless it's an entry-level position where little or no experience is required.

You will probably have to take a lower paying job to begin with to gain experience, yes it does affect your ability to get a job.

not always, but most of the time. it costs to train someone how to do something, and it takes time. time is money in the business industry. so not a lot of employers like to hire entry level.
