you would have a cooked pickle.
I used to have a hot dog cooker like that.you put the hd in the machine with prongs on each end and plug it in...and the hd cooked...so i would assume the same thing would happen to the pickle.

Just connect the terminals of a battery to each end of a pickle. The pickle is now a load. The potential difference of the battery will push electrons through the pickle. My guess is the brine in the pickle juice is the most conductive part of the pickle, although I doubt you'll get much current through it. You'll probably get more heat then anything else.

It will conduct the electricity and light up a little bit, llike a light bulb. It will also get warm.

well its a conductor, depending on the voltage it will start to heat up and fry.
