You could put your own email address in the "To" field and then put everyone elses in the "Bcc" field. This way the only email address anyone will see is yours. If you put any addresses in the "cc" field, people will still see them. CC stands for Carbon Copy and BCC stands for Blind Carbon Copy.

No don't use cc as that still shows up the email add's. What you need to do is send the email to yourself and then add everybody else into the bcc box. BCC means Blind Carbon Copy whereas CC just means Carbon Copy. By choosing BCC you are ensuring that no-one receives anyone elses email address except yours.

First thing to note- bulk emailing can, in some circumstances, be considered as spam and is now illegal in some countries [here in the UK for example.]

To stop recipients from getting other email addresses, put your own email address in the "To:" section and then add all those email addresses from your Contacts List to the "Bcc" section [Blind Copy] Each one will then get an individual email copied to them with the main addressee being yourself [you will only get one copy back].

Beware of falling foul of national and international laws on bulk emailing.

Use bcc if you want to hide names from others. CC will actually list the names you have sent to.

If your using Outlook, instead of using "TO" or "CC" use "BCC" this will not show who else you have sent this e-mail to

Hope that helps
