The group 2(alkali earth) cantions Be and Ra are not used in a lab to form precipitate. Why not use Ra??!?.... Ra is way bottom, Be is on top

Precipitates are solid undesolvabe in water. There are specific things that cannot form in water. Alkali metals alway are aqueous unless with NO3, CO3.

ra is a radioactive thingy which is dangerous to humans if it is inhaled by humans, as it causes lung cancer etc.
