umm cinderella or princess for a girl and prince charming for a boy.You know like in thw movie A cinderella story with Hilary Duff.That would be a really cute Halloween costume and it's very romantic!

A fairy/angel/dark angel costumes are always cute. I think anything with wings is adorable. You can wear a cute little tutu (with jeans underneath if you want), face glitter etc., your wings, and you're good to go! =)
