The only other thing we need is LOVE.The rest are just superficial things that can be replaced.

I own my own house and everything in it, but so what its only bricks and mortar, as for the things in it they are just necessities of life and living, I can't take any of it with me when I die can I, so as much as I own things it doesn't make me better than anyone else.
