X1300 is better of the two, not because ATI is better, but because that card is better, both companies are very good. As for the guy talking about 512, amount of RAM is about the 5th most important thing when buying a graphics card, so don't pay too much attention.

The ATI x1300.

However, I would recommend not getting anything less than a 512. The new x's are better than the older 7300. Graphics cards are really hard to figure out, but look for one that is about at or above a x1300, and has at least 512 mb

Parker's first law of graphics cards: ATI is always, without exception, better than nVidia or any other graphics card company.

Just joking, but ATI is better than nVidia in many ways. It may not be the fastest, but it isn't as noisy as the nVidia, uses less energy and dissapates less heat. Their software is really good too.
