I mean, if you think about it. Everyone else like Mary J. Blige, Pink and whoever else had to work to get their fame and fortune. They had to WORK to get signed to a recording label. They had to WORK, WORK, WORK! But then, you have ppl like Paris Hilton who was born into fame and fortune and didn't have to get off her rump!

well think of it like this, its not Paris' fault that she was born into wealth. Mary and Pink had to struggle because of their backgrounds. Shows like American Idol and Making the Band help little, unknown people get into the business and bring them into a world that they might have never been exposed to.

Yeah, if we had a limit to how much a person could inherit, that would level the playing field, wouldn't it?
But when the Govt tries to do that, someone (probably paid by rich folk) call it a "Death Tax" and try to scare all of the small business owners into voting against it.

I don't like any celebrities. Period. They're all phony. If they started out with money, or earned it [most of the people who became wealthy are bigger snobs]. doesn't make them good people. Madonna is a b**** and she comes from a poor background.

yeah i totally agree dat it's no fault of hers to be born rich and besides, how do we know that she didn't work as hard to get to where she is today? she cud hv masked it all up as she is quite a posse..

i dont hate her i dislike the fact that i am less fortunate than her but not hate that is a strong word!! sometimes life is not fair but i am happy being poor i have my health!!

I don't hate her, but she sure could stand to be more useful in our society than running around partying, and making porn, and driving drunk, and most of all embarrasing her parents and muddying their family name.
