any vinegar will work. if you have a drain that gets a lot of hair in it, you just need to make sure your trap catches most of it an clean it out once a week or so.

The drain cleaner is below:
For slow drains, use this drain cleaner once a week to keep drains fresh and clog-free.
1/2 cup baking soda
1 cup white vinegar
1 gallon boiling water
1/2 a used lemon
Pour baking soda down drain/disposal, followed by vinegar. Allow the mixture to foam for several minutes before flushing the drain with boiling water.

Get a plumber's friend from the hardware place and use it with warm or hot water every few weeks.
Vinegar is OK for hair and for cleaning toilet pans but has little effect on fats in kitchen drains.
Use a handful of washing soda (sodium carbonate) after the plumber's friend. This tends to dissolve fats. Washing soda is alkaline but is far less corrosive to you than caustic soda (sodium hydroxide).
Leave as long as possible without running more water through. Don't add vinegar to it as that wrecks the alkaline effect.

Yes baking soda and vinegar is good I have used it. Keep drains Clean and clear use once a month.
