I have held and played with frogs and toads my whole life from about 2/3 years old. We lived next to a pond. Never once in my life have I ever gotten a wart on my hands or any other part of my body. I am 24 now.

Frogs have never been said to give people warts; that would be toads. But that is beside the point. Neither can really give you warts. It's just a myth.
