It's actually Essex. It seems to cover Turnham Green, Dagenham etc....

020 7 is central London, 020 8 is outer London. Essex melds with the edges of outer London.

think it was centre London but it was a few years ago so i cant be sure but i can recall 01 and 02 that BT put out on circulars
