If its not on a solid foundation (concrete block) then you should find it at your State's Motor Vehicle Office because it is still personal property and considered a vehicle. http://servicearizona.com/

If it does have a permanent foundation it will be listed as Real Estate at your County Clerks Office. Start here: http://az.gov/webapp/portal/
