There isnt one in design or make. The only difference is in size and style.
Those for men are usually boring whereas for ladies they can be got in all sorts of interesting designs and colours.

men should never wear stretch lyra jodhpurs cos they always look like they have escaped from the blue oyster bar. men usually wear continental style breeches (with lots of pleats around the front to conceal the obvious!) as opposed to jodhpurs although technically any women that wear long boots should wear breeches (with velcro around the ankles to prevent ride up) rather than jodhpurs. jodhpurs are intended to be worn with short jodhpur boots, therefore are longer & usually have a small turn up (which is why you shouldn't wear them with long boots cos it gets in the wear)

Well, it's the same as with any type of pant, they are cut differently and tend to give more room in the areas where more room is needed.

Different cut and style for men. Not many men look good in jodphurs to be honest, but when you see one who does, it's a joy to behold!!!
