In a service elevator at work that got stuck between floors & left me hovering between fifth and sixth floor with a corpse that we were on the way to the morgue with.

It doesn't seem so bad now, but that was a long time ago & about my first introduction to such things. It scared me then, but I look back and laugh now at my unresonable fears.

I went pot holing a few years ago (quite a few years ago!) in Derbyshire, everything was going fine until we was about 150 feet down and we came upon a crawl space 10ft wide and about 20ft in length, I got stuck about halfway, which wasn't all that bad because all you do is wriggle backward and forwards until you find a route to the other end. But, my light went out, I was in total darkness and disoriented, I couldn't see or hear my friends who was ahead of me, my breathing started to get erratic it seemed like an eternity....then my light came back on, It was only a loose connection.
My light was out for 6 minutes, and during that time I managed to turn myself around and end up facing the way I came in.
My friends were none the wiser, they had no idea because I was so quite, for some reason I never shouted out, which now I realise I should off.
I've been pot holing since, and I still get a few heart flutters every time.
Well I hope you enjoyed that, I've got another experience while doing the pennine walk, I'll save that for another day....Toe ;)

I went to Tennessee once, and got up early one Sunday morning to go catch the fog over the River, with my camera. I drove all the way up the very top of the Holston Valley Dam, and since there were no employees, tourists or traffic, I was able to move around freely and got some fabulous shots. I got back in the car...and it wouldn't start. I pulled out the cell phone that my ex-husband had insisted I bring with me, and dialed my aunt's number. All I was able to say before losing the connection was..
"hey...I'm at the da...." After two hours, they showed up.
