I haven't seen it in years, but The Lost Boys scared me when I was 16.

I don't know of the scariest mummy movie I've seen but the scariest vampire one I saw was vampire clan. I thought it was scary cause it was about those teens that thought they were vampires and killed some girls parents.

Impossible to top the atmosphere of the original "The Mummy" (1932), with Boris Karloff. However, the Hammer re-make (1959) with Christopher Lee was pretty good, too. In THAT one, the mummy doesn't just sort of shuffle around...it moves FAST.

Waxworks, but not the new one, the older one, from the 80's. I was only a kid when I saw it, but it still scares me. It had some really scary vampire and mummy scenes it, along with werewolf and zombies.
