Yes that is a possibility,But i'have had insomnia for years for no apparent reason.....may be ADHD.

YES!!! insomnia is sometimes brought on by emotional stress infact it is pretty common........... i suggest seeing a therapist for ur emotional stress and a normal doctor for the insomnia

absolutely! It's also harder to deal with emotions when you are sleep deprived - kind of a vicious cycle. Talk to someone you trust or get professional help if you think you need it. Take care!

absolutely - whenever something is weighing heavily on your mind it will affect your sleep & then all other asepcts of your life are affected - you should ask your doctor for something to help you sleep.
