Mine do! If you mean the ones that happen involuntarily in our sleep, sometimes. But if I want something (dream of becoming..., dream of meeting...., etc), I make it happen through hard work, determination and prayer. One thing that happened from both a wish and an involuntary dream was my bf! I dreamed about his every detail before we'd even talked/met, then I wished for someone like him on my 24th b-day (yes, I still wish on my b-day cakes when I blow out my candles!) and a week later, I met the guy of my dreams (literally and figuratively!) Hehe ♥

Yes dreams can come true. Sometimes it takes hard work and sometimes they don't come true when we would like them too but they can and do come true.

Yes. But not all. Some dreams, no matter how hard and desperate you try to achieve it simply wouldn't reach your hands. Maybe because its not meant to be or something better awaits you.
But for most realistic ones, as long as you keep that goal in mind, work on it and maintain a positive attitude -- i don't see why not.
