i have a cousin who is practicing to become heart surgeon i don't think he has time to be on answers been studying hard his whole life he's 30 now and still studying and is far from being a heart surgeon study study study good luck

Best advice is to have heart! It takes a lot of patience and determination not to mention smarts!
