yes, depending on the yr. and make or model. Up to 70 mph. Generally any model after 1994. But only 4 high.

Yes, you can put most 4x4's in four wheel drive while moving, As for how fast that depends on your intelligence level! If in the snow, I would not exceed 35-40 if you need to use 4 wheel drive conditions must be pretty bad! You never use 4 wheel drive on bare pavement unless you have more money than you know what to do with. So, I would say 35-40 tops using your head for something other than a hat rack! Most manufacturers have a decal on the drivers side visor with suggested operation proceedures. As for Fords they are a breed of their own and I do not touch them so I can't answer you with certainty!

Depends on the truck and the transmission/transfer case.
I can put my Pathfinder into 4x4 while driving. I believe the speed limit for doing this is 50 or 60 MPH.

I can put my truck in 4 wheel drive while moving, but that does not mean that you can.
It depends on the year, make and model of your vehicle. I suggest either reading the owners manual or reposting this question with more information so that we may properly answer your question.

4wd, yes on most new stuff. The transfer cases have clutches. But, not 4wd low. That takes gear shifting in the case.
If it's electronic, it won't let you shift if you're too fast.
