I dont want to go overboard but I still want to look wacky and tacky and stylish at the same time, HELP!

for ur hair, take a bunch of ballooons and tie them to the ends of ur hair and they will go up wit the balloons. this works best with long hair.
wear A GIANT T-shirt. Decorate the T-shirt. Write funny quotes on them. Paint wacky stuf on them. or cut them to make them look weird. or wear something with lots of coloerful polka dots.
Ware a long loose skirt and cut zig-zags on the bottom. make the zig and zags very long.
or wear pants that have words written in marker all ova them.
cut up the ends a strange pattern.
Alot of people at my school wear their bathing suits over their school cloths and clash. That always looks good too for wacky day

On a day like this you can do almost anything that you want to do within good taste. I wore orange pants, hot pink shirt, purple shoes, bright yellow socks, mismatched jewelry, very bright red lipstick, tacky hair ornaments, and metallic nail polish. My hair was done in a late 80's poof style. Whatever you do have fun and remember the wackier and tacker the better.

80's style leg warmers w/ the matching sweater. Don't know where you'd find them, though.
I can't think of any ways to be stylish and tacky at the same time!

Go as a tacky tourist. Wear a big Hawaiian shirt, with shorts and sneakers or sandals and a huge camera around your neck. Maybe have a map in your front pocket. Wear a straw hat and big ugly plastic sunglasses!

We had a wacky wednesday @ my school! Wear a pair of crazy leggings,shorts,2 different shoes, 2 different knee socks, a crazy hat and a cami over a polo!

wear some of your cutest cloths that don't match but are cute on you.. belt shoes jeans and shirt... make sure your hair is cute though and make you make up nice but not matching! you will be a cutie and wacky and tacky...

I don't know if this is a workplace or a group of girls doing their thing, but if it's work, be careful. Ideas: make your hair as messy as possible and spray it. Use two shades of spray dye. Get a couple of fake tatoos and get some mod jewelry.
