Though I like talking with people, I don't think I am. I'm very deliberative; often formal, and have a narrow set of interests, which I comment upon with quite a bit of detail, and in a qualified manner. In other words, I would bore most people I know. I'm also reserved, which doesn't tend to help.

What makes a good conversationalist?

I am more of a debater than a conversationalist. You could try to do some reading on some common interest things that are happening right now. Just try to be more outgoing.

I am never shut up atalist

being able to talk about a wide variety of subjects, being a litle outgoing helps
