Remove all your Porn and save it to a DVD.

Other than a external hard drive, consider a flash/USB drive (1 gig or more) to store files temporarily. (this is the chip the first person referred to)

If the message pops up while burning, move a smaller amount of files over first to clear room (when taking off large portions of data, burn 2 or more temporary DVDs(rw) (CD-RWs) to free up room, and join the partial ones later when additional data was removed.)

Consider upgrading your harddrive (larger) and have the dealer move the partition.

Assume that you'll need about 5 gig (5,000 Mb) of space on the c: drive to create the temporary image file. (stuff to write to the DVD)

See if the software has an option to write directly to DVD, without creating an image, some allow you to turn it off (select the slowest burn speed as it'll have to look for the files).

Do you mean you want to store the dvd on your hard drive of your laptop? Or are you saying you want to burn a DVD with your laptop?

For the first one you can buy a extrenal Hard Drive for the space you need. If you meant the second one then you will need a DVD burner for your Laptop and make sure you have a blank DVD to record on. If the DVD is already written to then it is used and can't be re written on. Unless it is a RW DVD which can be erased and re written again and again.

If you have zero disk space you must mean you are measuring the DVD drive. I don't think internal hard drives, which I assumed you meant at first, will run if they are totally full as they have to have working space. So if I am guessing right, try another dvd disk.

http://www.ccleaner.com/ free download.

Sounds like you really need this but how could your laptop still be working? click on my computer then right click on the c\drive then select properties.Your hard drive will show you how much space you have.Maybe you just need to format the cd or have a full one.

any of the following
buy an external hard drive, and move some stuff over,

delete files you don't need.
( biggest ones are movies, pictures, and mp3)

turn off hibernation ( it will free up memory equal to the sytsem memory)

uninstall any progams you don't use.
