It'd say average. It's a little more than 10 years. so it's not old, but it's not a new house. We biult our house so were the first and only owners. I love my house so much, and the view from the house! I don't know if I'll ever sell it!

My current house was built in 1957, the one before that was built in 1938 and the one before that was built of unbaked mud bricks in about 1850. Everyone used to say "This is England in the 20th Century and you are living in a mud hut?" It was the coolest in summer and the warmest in winter of any house I've had!
