you have three solutions:

1. have you tried using the lens cleaner CD, which cleans the CD lens, if yes and failed go to step 2
2. if you know good information about electronics then you must be able to reduce the speed of the CD which is a screw can be found near the lens, (for more information contact me)
3. change your CD!?
