Never has, never will. Bush won't admit or even acknowledge this or any failure.
Katrina was handled well ("Heckuva job, Brownie.").
We are winning in Iraq (ask Dick Cheney).
Haliburton is not ripping off the American taxpayer.
Privatization will save Social Security (one person said that if they could control part of their Social Security savings they'd invest it in lottery tickets because the potential payoff is so great!).

This war is even WORSE than Vietnam! The war there was actually a simple thing the North Vietnamese wanted to unify the country (make it all communist) the war in Iraq has turned into so many factions that want control its no wonder we are in such deep crap. Wich group of people do we go after? Even if we knew we don't have enough troops in the theater to do it. The president has allowed incompetent morons and not the generals run this war that is why he is afraid to admit he is wrong..

Will Bill Clinton ever admit to failing to stop the escalation of terrorism leading to 911 or allowing 1 million deaths to occur in Sudan under his watch?

He probably would, if and when he fails. You dems counted your chickens before they hatched before the last 2 elections what with everyone going to leave the country if GW won. I haven't seen an unduly number leaving. The only way we can lose in Iraq is if you dems get control of the house and senate and we cut & run.

How has he failed? The media portrays failure but compared to any other military incursion in US history its a huge success. Never before in history has so much been accomplished in such a short period of time. People have created a failure in their minds to meet their political whims and greeds for power - nothing more.

I don't think that he can admit to any failure. Some people are just that way.
