Google/yahoo search "fastest free movie download'.
I think blockbuster.co.uk or Lovefilm.com has a service like that.
have a look on there sites. they also offer free trials. Not sure if it's applicable on online downloads.
There is a subscription charge for those after trials.

It's fairly fast depending on your broadband speed and bandwidth, and provided they are enough seeders.
