No. The whole razor blades in apples, etc thing is an urban myth. Even so, that is why packaged candy is given out, not unpackaged.
If a kid is poisoned or killed, it will happen within the privacy of their home by their own parents, not an imaginary stranger tampering with candy.

My cuzin once found a razor blade in his caramel apple, but he got it from some guy off the street so...luckily he didn't eat it, he noticed it before he took another bite.

No, but I remember I went trick o' treating with my cuzin when I was little & I got Hecka candy, it was in a trash bag sazied sack, & my mom made me throw all of it away >:(, I was HECKA MAD!!!!!! >:(
She threw it away cause she thought it had somethin like razor blades or posin.

I got a switchblade once, but it was a rough neighbourhood. My Pal got some .45 calibre ammo from the same place!!! Those were the days!
