Another amazed respondent. I've never heard of the brand myself, but was completely unaware that this method was even used, is it across the board for all home pregnancy tests? I too am a conscience consumer and try my best to not buy products tested on animals, and I guess even if you went to the doctors and explained your objection to the methods used to create a +/- result and asked for a blood test, I'm sure the methods there were too, developed using the knowledge they'd gained from animal testing. It puts many of us in very compromising situations. Thanks for the info and an interesting read.

As long as it says PREGNANCY TEST on it it will work jsut fine. The dollar store sells $1 tests that work jsut as well as the more expensive ones. There's the dollar store one, walmart brand, ept, fact plus, & the lsit goes on & on.
