I was changing about a week ago and I heard gigling, My brother and his friend were in the closet (has louvre doors) watching me!!
I have heard of this before but he is 19 and i am 15 isnt that illegal or something! H ejust told me to stop freakin out!

Yes, he is a sick pervert, but not for looking at girls naked (which all guys have a desire to do). He is sick because that girl is his sister. There is also the issue of you being 15, which is of concern, but not as concerning as the fact that you are his sister. The fact that you are not of legal age is a matter of law, not perversion (as you are likely physically/sexually mature and some other societies consider girls your age to be legally able to enter into marriage and have sex). The fact that he is looking at his sister IS a matter of perversion, which holds true for most cultures and societies.

I think the important question is if he as done anything like this before. If so, then definately tell your parents.

I must say I cannot be sure if such peeping acts is legal or not in Singapore.

But this is a thing that must be at least communicated to your parents immediately. Perhaps he need some counselling or understanding.

Do consider locking your door. Install one if you don't have one. Let only your mother (or the dominant parent at home) have the spare key. The last thing you would want is they decide to do more than peeping one day.

Seek help from your parents. Or even teachers can be a listening ear.

It is not illegal. he probably did it out of love like all siblings do. if he and his friend was quiet and really enjoying the scene then perhaps its a different story. AT ALL. i understand if u don't wanna get him in trouble but he has no right to violate your privacy like that. i think u should tell your parents about it so they can make him understand that there's nothing funny about watching his lil sister undress. they should also make him understand that he should be PROTECTING u from his friends not subjecting u to them.
