on my computer, whenever i try to play like... yahoo video, or google video, the sound does not work. I have the volume on my computer turned on, and also on the window, in which the video is playing, i also have that turned on. What is wrong?

my speakers are on. they just don't play any sound! when i go to play something, it shows the video, but no audio.

even when i plug my headphones in, it still won't work.

Dose it play other sounds? if so then you have isolated it to some kinda of settings that have to do with the player that yahoo uses or some other settings that are in Internet Explorer. Can you post additional details if the sound works at all? So I can better help you troubleshoot.

Check ALL plugs. Make sure nothing got loose. My speakers for some reason were not working yesterday. I found a loose plug at the back of hard drive.

make sure spks are plugged in the correct port reinstall sound card drivers
