Apart from Italy winning the World Cup this year, my best footballing memeory would be from 1999 when Manchester United won the Treble.
The night they won the European Cup will stay in mind forever. After 90 minutes I thought Bayern Munich had won it but two goals in injury time by Teddy Sheringham and Ole Gunnar Soljskaer (both from Beckham Corners) brought the game to a spectacular climax.
My brother and I both went wild with joy, jumping and cheering at the top of our voices and my brother nearly broke the bed because he was jumping up and down on it so hard!!!

Egypt winning the African Cup of Nation this year

Egypt Friday became the first country to win the Africa Nations Cup for the fifth time after defeating World Cup-bound Cote d'Ivoire 4-2 in a penalty shootout at the final of the 25th edition

I was very Tensed from the beggining of the day i was praying alot and asking God to make Egypt win the cup..we were the hosts..i was like God please make Egypt win it make Egypt win it so were all the others Egyptian..when the match came all people were very tensed..the match was going very slowly...
It was 0-0 at the end of regulation and extra-time, forcing the penalty shootout in a match the Egyptians, backed by some 70,000 supporters at the Cairo International Stadium, had a goal disallowed by Tunisian referee Mourad Daami.

We also lost a penalty kick during extra-time,When We reached the penalties..Thanks to our goalkeeper..We won..He saved 2 penalties..Drogba..and Arouna Kone..The stadium was on fire when Mohamed Abo-treka shot the last penalty and scored...YES the cup was ours...The country didnt sleep that night..The match ended around 11pm..We all stayed in the streets celebrating singing and dancing together till 4am ..It was one of the best days in my life

Well I have a set of memories:
1. Holland defeating Argentina in World Cup 98 with Bergkamp's amazing goal.
2. Switzerland defeating Brazil in a friendly game in 89.
3. Ahn's goal in Korea-Italy
4. Norway-Brazil 98 2-1, I'm kind of a Northern-Pride person and everytime the North defeats the South I'm proud.
5. FC Sion - Young Boys 1-1 (penalties, Sion won) final swiss cup 2006
6. Liverpool - Milan 3-3 CL final, I cheered at every single Liverpool goal jumping up and down
7. Roma - Juventus 0-4 alla faccia dei Romanisti :p
8. Thun qualifying for the CL group stage in 2005
9. Suazo scoring 22 goals for Cagliari (my team, together with Ajax and FC Sion)
10. France - Italy Euro 2000 2-1 I couldn't believe it was real

My favorite moment was the end of the France vs. England game in Euro 2004. Zidane scores two goals in the same spot in the net to lead france to a win. That just showed once again how good Zidane was. Also Beckham blew it pretty hard.

1984 Euro SF in Marseille being there live seeing the most exciting side ever (the France of Tigana, Giresse, Platini) defeat Portugal in extra time. Amazing match.

If all soccer was played like that I'd be a huge fan. As it is 1-0 and 0-0 matches which seem to be the norm now bore me silly.

Probably brazil ecuador if anyone saw it... five or six people came onto the pitch and one even came up to ronaldinho and started kissing and hugging him. CRAZY MAN!!! Very Exciting.

P.S. I am pretty sure that none of you saw the match. I am living in Sweden at the moment and the match was in Sweden. So it was really big. It was going to be played in Spain at Camp Nou but I think there was something wrong with the pitch.
