The most popular/known ones are called "Floppy". You can pick those up in Babies R Us for about $39.95 (we got ours for $5 from a thrift store). Edited to add: If we hadn't found it for $5, we would have bought one at full price. It is well worth it!

I did a quick search for "infant cart covers" and got a few results (see link below). You can also search on eBay for them, I've some where people will let you choose the fabric and they will make the covers out of those.

We love our Floppy! Our daughter touches and tries to put her mouth on everything. Without the Floppy, I don't think she'd have much fun in the cart when we have to go shopping. It covers pretty much every part of the cart that the baby can touch or put their mouths on. To us, it's an invaluable piece of baby gear.

Good luck.

wal mart sells them, so does Target. i bought one because i liked the idea but i never use it because its a pain. the best thing to do to keep your baby germ free is to keep some antibacterial wipes in your purse and wipe the parts of the cart that will come in contact with your baby. trust me, the covers are a total pain, and are not worth it. ive heard this from other parents too.

I got mine at Fred Meyers, but you can get them at all the other places people suggested.

They are a great idea but you have so much other stuff you are trying to carry all the time that it became more of a hassle than anything, I think I used it like 4 times.

My mother-in-law got us one as a gift... I thought it was a great idea, but when juggling a squirmy baby out of a carseat, and a diaper bag and my purse etc. etc. etc. I've never actually remembered to take it out of the car when we've gone shopping.

Wow if it cost her $40 (or even $20) though then I'd sure better use it once or twice!!

Ive seen them at Walmart and Target. IMO getting a handmade one is MUCH better, they cover so much more. You can search for handmade cart covers on a search engine or ebay.

I found them at my local used baby item store. They are selling for around $6 there versus the $40 or so new.
