I just visited my bank to speak to a costumer service person. I was helped by a nice lady in her late 40’s early 50’s I would guess. She was a very pleasant and attractive women. I am 36 so she is quite a bit older than me and of course I have no intentions other than what it is.
But my problem is that when I turned to leave, I felt completed to tell her that she is a very attractive women, if not just plan beautiful. I thought it might even make her day to hear a complement from someone her junior and/or a complete stranger. But I am unsure that this would be ok in the sense that I should just keep my options to my self and not invade her space.
I’m really regarding that I did not tell her, should I be?
And if it is ok, how should some one tell a complete stranger that they are attractive?

How funny , a week ago I was at my Dr's. office and when I was leaving there was this younger man in the waiting area . I couldn't even stop myself I simply said " Excuse me ... I don't think I've ever done this before but I think you look great ! He was very pleased with that .
Go for it next time . You may just be the one to make someones day !

I think you should start it off with "Listen do not take this the wrong way but i think you should know that I think you are very attractive woman" . I am not trying to be a pervert or anything you understand. something to that effect should work.

According to my answer are you gonna hop in your car and go back to the bank to tell the woman she is beautiful....only to find that she went on her lunch break!!?

"Good day, Mrs. Blank. Say, you are looking very attractive today."
