No. I think that is your personal opinion, which is fine.
Thats why there are so many genres of music out there. So that people can have options. So, you can either attempt to open up your mind, or just don't listen to it. Its not like hip hop is a requirement for life.
P.S... don't over generalize and think that hip hop is the stuff you hear on the radio. Trust me, I work in radio, and a majority of the stuff we play, I don't even like. There is definitely good hip hop music out there that is actually talking about something positive and worth while.

No, the beginnings of hip-hop gave people who are were poor and beat down by society a voice. It is still doing that; saving inner city kids and giving them a chance to express themselves. That is an important outlet for someone who only sees violence, hate, and anger in their lives.
I do think it needs a reformation though. The stuff we hear on the radio is awful. It's not a true representative of hip-hop. It's what corporate America has deemed a "voice" which is shallow at best.

No I dont't want them to die, but i would like these fanatic rap/hip-hop listeners to understand tha it's not music. I dont mind listening to it when going to a club. Just i dont want rappers to be called musicians (cause i m one and they have no idea what being a musician means) and rap/hiphop not to be considered as music but as one other kind of music...

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! And it probably hates u too! If you ever take time to listen to the lyrics n some songs you will understand why it's so great! And have you ever heard a song w/ no lyrics just the actual music! All my friends from back in the states (I live in Germany now) and even the kids hre love it. and sometimes it's just so funny, that's the point sometimes.

It depends what kind of rap it is. Tupac Shakur rapped about life, if you hear his lyrics, you will agree with most things he says.
Some other rap is just has good beat, but sucky lyrics, that kind of rap should get killed.

It shouldn't go away. It just needs better vocabulary, and words that make sense. Nothing hateful or dirty. The beat can get lots of people moving but the words make ya hate it. The clothes that go with it should go away!

Only some parts, why would I hate Cypress hill if Slash played some songs with them, and Public enemy.
Eminem should be banned lifetime.

No, I hate country and it still hasn't died yet. So I listen to what I like, and change the channel/station when I don't want to hear something.
