What is your opinion of Kinky Friedman?

I think that he is a breath of fresh air. I am soooo tired of our government running amok, and since he's not a politician per se, I think that he will be good for Texas, because he is one of "us". Also, he hasn't been in the "game" long enough to have his opinion swayed by special interest groups, and as an independent, he won't have to adhere to the "party line". He is not trying to be something that he's not. How refreshing!!!!

Truthfully I think hes the best we got so far the only politician I have ever seen to answer a question and not go around it. For example "whats your name" ... most politicians say well my name is many things it means blah blah blah Kinky my name is Kinky Friedman vote for me. Hes got my vote!

As a person he's alright, but I don't know about voting for someone who keeps saying ,"I'm not a politician, I'm just a good ol boy."
