Hal (I gave Lindros one of his 10 concussions) Gill or that former Maple Leaf legend Todd (Skates like a fish out of water) Gill?

Classic! I go Hal only because Todd was such a Make Belief classic. You have to check out this new book called Hockey Heroes that they are doing on all Cdn teams. The one out on the Laffs has heroes of the '80s and Todd is in there!

Todd Gill! I mean, seriously, Todd Gill--high comedy. Also, notice how Todd contiually got pikced up by teams like Det or Colo and those were always the years they flamed out in the playoffs. He's like the reverse Claude Lemieux or Martin Gelinas or Cory Stillman.

Hal Gill career is over he is to slow for the new NHL and Todd Gill can play the game. bad move for the Leafs on picking up Hal Gill JFJ knew the NHL was faster and went and picked up one of the slowest players in the NHL he will get allot of penalties cause he will get burnt and he will grab and hook the players once he gets beaten.

GO HABS GO!!!!!!!!!!!

Interesting question. If you can skate, I think Todd Gill was better. But if you can't skate and are caught with ur head down @ the blueline, Hal Gill is more menacing!

neither are strong skaters and both play completely different games but i would have to give it to Todd just because he is more proven i hope Hal can improve to the pace of the new game .. but with that said I think if it were the old rules Hal would have been a force in the NHL back in the eighties and nineties..
Good Question surprisingly enough..

Being from Boston and seeing a few games I can say, without a doubt that Hall Gill sucks donkey. He can't make a good decision in his own end under pressure, he is total immobile and can't adjust to the new rules, he takes stupid penalties, he can't make a good first pass out of his own end, he can't carry the biscuit out, he is terrible on offense, can't run a power play ,etc. Besides, Orr was the best defenseman or player EVAH!!!
