Martian Manhunter, Superman is vulnerable to psychic attacks. All J'onn has to do is take over his mind and make him go to sleep.

Hmm- they are equal in strength, Supes has a slight edge in speed, Manhunter has telepathy... Martian Manhunter wins by making Superman unable to perceive his environment properly and beating him down while he's disoriented. He could make Superman see himself surrounded by civilians, and Supes wouldn't risk harming them on the chance it's not an illusion.

Martian Manhunter. One of his other superpowers is intangibility. He could go intangible and attack superman's mind. Superman would not be able to touch him.

I would have to say that Superman would win cus Matian is weak against fire and Supe's has heat vision which could toast the martian..

Supes. J'onn J'onzz is vulnerable to fire which is a lot easier to find than kryptonite.

i would have to go with superman.....he moves too fast for manhunter to hit and he could use his heat ray vision on man hunter seeing as he is vulnerable to fire.....winner....superman.
