Generally speaking, the only standard is that the positive battery cable is red while the negative is black; however, colors should not be trusted. The minor wiring will be the same between the same cars of the same years, and similar to nearby years, but there is no similarity from one type of car to the next.

Yes. The standard is to use every possible color with no rhyme or reason and change colors every time the wire goes through a connector to keep anyone from ever making any sense whatsoever of that rats nest.

no if you open the inside door panel where the speakers are and then open the other side they are all diff. colors
