Stephen King's "The Mist" to be directed by Shawshank director Frank Darabont. Is it a godd idea,Will u watch it ?

I'd watch it. I loved the Short Story - it's from his Skeleton Crew collection, I believe. GREAT story.

I can't wait to see it. And I LOVED Shawkshank Redemption so I'm really looking forward to seeing it!

I loved the story when I read it years ago. As I recall the characters are trapped in a supermarket when the Mist causes all of the insects to transform into large monsters. It could be a lot of fun if the screenplay follows the original story.

Darabont obviously has quite a knack with King's material; he also directed "The Green Mile." At least he's breaking away from the PRISON theme of the previous two.

The Mist will be a good MOVIE only because you have so many more things to work with that King's normal "thinking" horror books....and I would most definitely watch this one :)
