You probably mean Ronen, this is a common Hebrew name (רונן) spelled Rish, Vav, Nun, Nun (the last one is different)
It means someone who is singing.
Ronel would mean the song of god if spelled like this: רונאל but this is not a very common Hebrew name.

Its not common Israeli name but it literally translates to Song of God.
