Does anybody still collect Ty Beanie Babies?

Question

I have been buyimg them for my daughter for fifty cents to a dollar each. The MacDonalds variety sell for 25¢.
Is this a lost cause? Who know?
Cabbage Patch dolls made a brief comeback a couple years ago, but that died out in a big hurry.

I don't think that they will ever be worth much. They were over produced and therefore they are still everywhere. There were a few special edition ones that probably would be worth collecting. They may even be cheaper now that the craze is over. Good luck!!

In residence for my first year of university (5 years ago), a friend of mine walked into her room one day to find that her roommates side of the room was COVERED in Trolls...lol. It scared the crap out of all of us. So if someone can still collect those, Beanie Babies aren't nearly as bad.
